Honey Garlic Cauliflower Bites**

**Ingredients:**

- 1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup water

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 cups panko bread crumbs

- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 Tsp Onion Powder

- 1 Tsp Cumin

- 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika

- 2 TB Liquid Smoke

**For the Sauce:**

- 1 TB butter

- 1/2 cup honey

- 3 cloves or 1 TB garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

**Instructions:**

**1. Preheat the Oven:**

- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

**2. Prepare the Cauliflower:**

- In a large bowl, mix the flour, seasonings and water to create a batter with a pancake-like consistency.

- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated.

**3. Coat with Breadcrumbs:**

- Roll the battered cauliflower in breadcrumbs, making sure each piece is evenly coated.

- Place the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet.

**4. Bake the Cauliflower:**

- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes (7 minutes in airfryer at 350F) or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy. Flip the florets halfway through the baking time to ensure even crispiness.

**5. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:**

- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, sauté garlic until a medium brown color. Add 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, reduce heat, add honey.

- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.

**6. Toss the Cauliflower in the Sauce:**

- Once the cauliflower is done baking, transfer it to a large bowl.

- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the baked cauliflower and toss until each piece is coated evenly.

7. Garnish and Serve:**

- Transfer the cauliflower bites to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.

- Serve immediately, and enjoy your delicious Honey Garlic Cauliflower Bites!

These bites make for a fantastic appetizer or even a tasty side dish. The sweet and savory flavor of the honey garlic sauce complements the crispy cauliflower perfectly.
